Destinations and costs

We deliver only to destinations available in Shopify checkout. For eligible destinations outside Brazil, standard shipping is US$5.94 below US$99.00 after discounts. For Brazil, standard shipping is US$11.90 below US$99.00 after discounts. Shipping is free from US$99.00 in both zones. These are our checkout rates, not live PrintKK quotations; the delivery options, charges and taxes displayed at checkout before payment are definitive. If we cannot fulfill your shipment, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Timing and tracking

After production artwork and order details are approved, our partner estimates approximately 7 business days for production and 10–15 business days for standard transit to a typical US address. The checkout shows an estimated total delivery window of 17–30 business days for Brazil; other destinations and customs can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We provide tracking when available.

If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe stated for your order, or within 30 days when none was stated, we will notify you and offer a revised date or a prompt full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel and refund it.

Customs and address details

Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees depend on the destination and shipping service. Unless checkout expressly says such charges are included or collected, the customer may need to pay charges assessed by the destination or carrier. Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes may be impossible after dispatch.
